We choose the best olives from our groves in order to produce high quality olive oil, by cold pressing, in our own olive mill.
We are exclusively involved in the packaging and selling of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made of olives from the Koroneiki cultivar, harvested from the wider region of Rethymno, Crete.
